A limited run, 5 track EP of original songs by Tim Loud and Depresstival, recorded by Reels on Wheels’ Adam Richards and James O’Connor in one take straight onto ¼ inch reel to reel tape in July 2014.
These limited edition (only 100 copies, EVER!), hand numbered CD’s in cardboard sleeves featuring artwork by Wolfmask contains previously unreleased tracks from both artists.
With range, character and depth to his vocals and a passionate and varied playing style, Tim tackles an array of genres and influences in his music, while his lyrics take on a wide selection of topics from the personal to the political, always conveyed with a hint of irony and a heavy dose of cynicism.
“A deceptively ‘twee’ intro leads the unwary listener into an increasingly intense world wherein Depresstival offers musical tips regarding various keys whilst bemoaning the psychotic realities of a twisted world. Oh, and the annoying tweets of birds.
